The Story
My name is Brian Corbin, founder of Corbin’s Purpose. For the past 25 years, I have grappled with digestive issues of some kind. Acid reflux, heartburn, pain, bloating, and reliance on acid blockers were a way of life. Several years ago, I even experienced sudden weight loss that prompted me to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, despite undergoing numerous tests and incurring significant expenses, I couldn’t find a satisfactory solution – only different dosages and pills. Frustrated by this lack of progress and unwilling to mask my symptoms with prescriptions simply, I was determined to uncover the underlying cause of my problems.
Driven by my determination for answers, I took it upon myself to conduct extensive research. Aware of the potential harm associated with the long-term use of acid blockers, I sought out alternative explanations for my health issues. Given that my long commute to work provided ample listening time, I began immersing myself in podcasts and audiobooks on health, nutrition, and the human body.
Through personal experimentation and exploration of various approaches, I gradually gained insights that guided me toward finding solutions. I embarked on a journey focused on regaining optimal health, energy, and mental clarity. It was along this path that I developed an intense passion for wellness. Through assisting others in their own journeys, two things became apparent. Firstly, bloating, lackluster energy levels, and similar conditions were not necessarily inevitable consequences of aging. Secondly, prioritizing one’s body’s needs while providing proper nourishment is essential for overall well-being.
The transformation from passive acceptance into active participation in healthcare has been both enlightening and empowering. It has enabled me to improve my own quality of life and contribute positively to the lives of others who are experiencing similar challenges.
The Problem

Mental health issues such as anxiety and depression are also common and can be exacerbated by factors such as stress and poor nutrition. In addition, with so much conflicting information available on the internet, it can be difficult for individuals to know what to believe. What information and strategies do we implement in order to achieve optimal health and wellness?
